The buyer orders products through the electronic order form. A buyer is any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, confirms the payment method and submits the order.

If you wish to change or cancel your order after submitting it, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] — we can amend or cancel the order until the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service. This does not affect your right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (see the "Complaints and refunds" section).

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

The prices in the catalog are valid for all forms of payment. Transportation and delivery are not included in the price of the goods and will be shown at the end of the online purchase.

The discount for online shopping is 10% and applies to the entire range and for all types of payment, except for products that are on sale and for delivery costs.

To order goods, persons must be over 18 years of age. Terms of sale are subject to change without notice. All confirmed orders will be delivered under the terms and conditions in effect at the time of order confirmation. Parity: When we deliver the originally packaged package to your door, you take delivery of the goods with a mandatory signature on the delivery note, confirming that the goods have been properly delivered, and the goods remain our property until paid for in full. We ship all goods with the corresponding invoice.

All payments will be effected in EUR. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in EUR into your local currency according to the current exchange rate of the credit card associations. When charging your credit card, the amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate applied by your card issuer, so a slight difference from the price shown on our site may occur.

We dispatch shipments within 5 working days of the order confirmation, or — for bank transfer payments — from the moment the payment is visible on our account (usually sooner). Exceptionally, due to an item being sold out or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer, of which we will notify you by e-mail.

After the parcel is handed to the courier, you receive a tracking number by e-mail. If your shipment does not arrive within 3 working days of the dispatch notice, contact us and we will check the status with the courier.

Please double-check your delivery address — we cannot take responsibility for shipments not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or the recipient being unavailable, and we reserve the right to charge the actual delivery costs for re-sending.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you can file a written complaint:

— by post to SERENA d.o.o., Lazinska ulica 59, 10000 Zagreb.

We will reply in writing within 15 days of receiving your complaint. To help us resolve it faster, please include your name, contact details and the address for our reply.

You may unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason — using the online contract withdrawal form or an unambiguous written statement. We will confirm the receipt of your request by e-mail without delay.

Return the goods no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. Please return the goods undamaged, unused and, if possible, in the original packaging.

We issue refunds no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or proof that the goods have been sent back. The money is returned the same way the payment was made: for card payments, the refund is made exclusively to the same card used for the payment, and for bank transfers — to the account the payment was received from.
